It has become a common thing for folks to log on to social platforms and get into arguments. Many of the comments end up being disrespectful and out of character. Let's stop here for a second. When we look at the situation, what are you trying to prove? What's the main goal? Are you lowering your standards just to be seen, or gain popularity? Do you even know this person?

Beloved, you don't have to answer everybody and everything that you see or hear. In most cases, it's best to walk away. Never lose yourself to a pointless argument especially is you don't know the person in reality. Silence has always been golden. Allow the Holy Spirit to redirect you. Don't let your emotions get the best of you.

It's too easy to scroll past a post, or physically leave the scene. What we can do is find ways to uplift, and encourage one another. During this pandemic, the last thing we need is anger in our space. Use your time wisely, create an atmosphere where you do things that bring positive vibes and never lower your standards. So the next time we feel the urge to respond in anger, remind yourself, you don't have to answer. Take the high road and keep it moving.

But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach,patient,
